Climate

Uganda enjoys a warm sunny temperate climate with temperatures rarely rising above 30 degrees. The lowland areas are generally warmer compared to the coolness of the Kigezi Highlands. The average temperature is approximately 26 degrees centigrade.

The rainy seasons are between the months of March - May and October - November. The dry season normally falls between December - February and June - August.
